How to play Tycoon
- Roll the dice and move around the board.
- Land on an unowned property to buy it. Land on someone else's and you pay rent.
- Own a whole colour group to build houses and raise the rent.
- Chance, Community, tax and jail squares have their own rules, shown when you land there.
- If you cannot pay, you go bankrupt. The last player standing, or the richest when time runs out, wins.
